Tuition Contract | 2025–2026

This agreement outlines the tuition policies and financial responsibilities for the family of the enrolled student(s) at Victory Christian School (VCS). Please review carefully before signing.

1. Full-Year Tuition Obligation

By enrolling your child(ren) at Victory Christian School, you agree to pay the full annual tuition. This obligation remains in place regardless of withdrawal, transfer, or dismissal from VCS.

2. Tuition Payment Options

Please choose one of the following:

A. Payment in Full

• Full tuition payment due by: August 15, 2025

• Optional: May purchase tuition insurance through Protect My Tuition at time of payment

• If you do not purchase tuition insurance, you understand and agree that: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

B. Monthly Payment Plan

• Payments scheduled through FACTS 

• Payments span options: Semester, 10, or 12 months

• Required: You must purchase tuition insurance through Protect My Tuition

• Insurance must be purchased at the time of enrollment/payment plan setup

3. Tuition Insurance Details

Protect My Tuition provides financial protection should an unexpected withdrawal or event prevent your child from completing the school year.

• All families on monthly payment plans are required to participate.

• Families paying in full may opt-in, but are not required to participate.

4. Delinquent Accounts

Accounts not kept current are subject to:

• Suspension of student(s) from school

• Withholding of report cards, transcripts, and records

• Ineligibility for re-enrollment or participation in activities

• Referral to collections if necessary

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, I/we acknowledge and agree to:

• Be financially responsible for the full year’s tuition

• Comply with the selected payment plan terms

• Purchase tuition insurance if required

• Accept the no-refund policy for families who pay in full and decline insurance
